Magnate and colonist Cecil Rhodes advocated a magic formula Culture which would make Britain control the Earth. In 1890, 13 decades right after "his now-popular will," Rhodes elaborated on the same plan: establishment of "England everywhere," which might "ultimately bring on the cessation of all wars, and just one language through the entire world.
